Pokemon Black Version 2; Anti-piracy attempts. User Info: Ultimate_Nova_X. But if you rip the rom right out of the cartridge, I think you can find that line. Honestly, the best anti-piracy measure in any game ever was Earthbound/Mother 2. Immediately before the final boss, the game deletes your save files and freezes.
Jun 20, 2012 I've just got through the first battle on the DSTT and no anti-piracy yet. People with r4's and DSTT's if you wanna try it, download the latest YSMENU. For Pokemon Black Version 2 on the DS, a GameFAQs message board topic titled 'Anti-piracy attempts.'
How to get Heartgold/SoulSilver working?
So I haven't touched emulators in about a year because I've been busy, but last I remember, there was a pretty lengthy process of getting these two games to actually work without constant crashing/freezing/save issues. I eventually got it working, but the computer that I had them on no longer works. I was using either Desmume or NO$GBA, I tried using both, but forget which one ultimately ended up working.
I was wondering if there's been any progress on getting more stable versions of these roms out, and if there isn't, is there a clear write-up somewhere of where to get the roms and the steps needed to make them fully functional?
I tried using the search function, but couldn't find a whole lot.

Pokémon Conquest is a hybrid between characters from the well-known Pokémon series and the not-so-well-known Nobunaga's Ambition series. It worked out surprisingly well.

Other than the obvious logo change, 'PUSH START BUTTON' became 'PRESS START' and the copyright font was completely changed. Notably, the Koei Tecmo Games Ltd. copyright uses Japanese characters in the original release.
The Japanese name is (translated) Pokémon + Nobunaga's Ambition. The latter is a game series that is well-known in Japan, which is what the core of this game is based around, but not well-known elsewhere. As a result, the localization team changed the game's title to prevent confusion.
